Banana Pudding Cupcakes






1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
2 tbsp of Jello Instant Banana Cream Pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Cup of Water
3 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 Large Ripe Banana Mashed well


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a very large bowl, mix everything together execpt the banana. The  Batter will be thick. Stir in the banana. Pour batter into cupcake pan. For cooking time, It varies based on your oven. I usually bake them for 6 minutes, then rotate the pan, cook for another 6, then I do the toothpick check, and if it’s not done, I check on it every 2 mins after that.  Cool cupcakes completely before topping.

Cupcake Whipped Topping
1 Small pkg Jello Instant French Vanilla Pudding
1 tbsp of Banana Cream Pudding Mix
1.5 cups of Milk
2 cups of Cool Whip 
Mix first three ingredients until thick. Fold in the Cool Whip. Topping will be really thick, if you want your topping thinner just add more milk. 

Pipe or frost the top of your cupcakes. Garnish with Vanilla Wafers. Be sure to keep refrigerated until you're ready to serve.
